The Sunday Night Pamper

Working every other weekend as I do, I find myself taking a Sunday night pampering quite seriously when I get chance to fit one in! Often I'm busy driving back from somewhere on a Sunday evening, but when I've had a weekend at home, it's lovely to wind things up by having an hour or two of relaxing "me-time"... I love nosying at the products people use when they really want to spoil themselves, so here are my current picks:
The Sunday Night Pamper Session Products
I'm obsessed with exfoliation and recently picked up this gorgeous Mango Sugar Scrub from the Boots Extracts range (here); it's a bargain at just £6.50 for the huge 400g tub and it smells bloody lovely. This is perfect for keeping my arms and legs silky-smooth, which I have to admit I neglect a little through the winter months... Now that summer's here, though, I'm making more of an effort! I also like to use a lip scrub, with my current one being from LUSH's Christmas range - I'm also a massive fan of the Bubblegum scrub. You can check out the full range here - these are £5.50 for 25g. I recently re-discovered this Dove Pistachio Cream & Magnolia Body Oil (here) in my stash and have fallen back in love with the scent; it's a little on the pricey side for a drugstore product in my opinion, at £8.99 for 150ml, but I think it's worth it for a little luxurious treat. It's not the most hydrating product I've ever used which is probably why it's been forgotten about over the winter but now the weather's warming up, it's just perfect.

A face mask is a must and I love Origins Drink Up Intensive; this is an overnight mask, but if I remember I like to apply a layer earlier on in the evening, and then top it up just before bedtime for double the hydration. Now I wouldn't like you to think scent is the only thing that matters to me but again, this smells amazing - it's a mid-range option at £23 for 100ml (here) but my tube has lasted ages so again, I think it's worth the investment. I also like to slap on a foot cream as, despite the best of intentions, I'm pretty useless at remembering to do this every night as I would in an ideal world. For that reason, this CCS Foot Care Cream* has lasted me an absolute age, too, although it's very affordable at £7.99 for 150ml (here) so I'm happy to slap it on generously.
The Sunday Night Pamper
Finally, a rare treat - I've actually painted my nails this weekend! I definitely didn't need any more nail polish but somehow ended up picking up a couple from Barry M's new Coconut Infusions line; this gorgeous pale pink shade is called 'Surfboard', and I also picked up the pastel blue 'Laguna'. First impressions of these are they require a careful application to avoid streaks, but are opaque in two coats and have a lovely glossy finish without the need for a topcoat. These are £4.99 for 10ml although Boots are currently running a buy one, get one half price offer (here).
